Summer Wedding Wardrobe

The wedding season is almost upon us, and I have three very different weddings to attend this summer. I already purchased this dress for the first in May, but still need to get my wardrobe up to speed for the others. Here’s just a little about the events and the sort of look I’m going to attempt for each one. Do you have a go-to outfit for nuptials?

The first a late morning event, followed by a low-key reception and after-party.
Dress: Mondrian Print Dress, Calypso St. Barth
Shoes: Bonneville Wedges, Anthropologie

The second in the evening, held at an upscale location full of pomp and circumstance.
Dress: Oversize Sequin Shift Dress, ASOS (check out the back!)
Shoes: Two-Tone Sequin Pump, BCBG/Max Azria

And the third, a ceremony that remains shrouded in mystery.
Dress: Camilla silk-crepe dress, Temperley London
Shoes: Marguertie, Nine West

May need to get the first one for a upscale-farmhouse-wedding this Memorial day. I’ve picked 1 dress every year as my go to dress and change the accessories depending on the type of event. Love the blog. Thanks!

What can I say, Calypso can do no wrong. Love the shoes with it, too.

My go-wedding outfit? For day and beach weddings, a solid-colored long dress, slightly exotic dangle or hoop earrings, and FLATS for lots of dancing.
For night, a cocktail dress and drop dead heels -there’s still lots of dancing, I just eventually shed the shoes.

I love what you picked so far!

I don’t usually like chunky shoes, but those wedges are gorgeous.
