Gimme S’more.

Nothing says fall, bonfires, and gooey deliciousness like a s’more. Nothing. But the thing is, s’mores don’t have to be reserved for special outdoorsy occasions. If you get creative enough you can squeeze them into your daily food pyramid just about anywhere. (And who’s going to say no to that?!) {Click on the photo for the recipe.}

    They all look so tasty! I especially like the look of the homemade marshmallows in the first one. And did you know that not everyone knows what a whoopie pie is? Turns out that many of my friends have never heard of them! (they’re obviously missing out).

    We did a “smore’s bar” at a wedding reception. There were 5 “recipes” and included “Rolos”, “Andes” mints, chocolate graham crackers, fruit, etc. It was a big hit!

    Those smores look very tasty. The only ingredient that keeps me from making one of these is the marshmallow for it is not available locally here in our market.

    Amazing!

    Just to add s’more to this list (ba-dum-tss), here is a recipe for a S’mortini that I have made and is DELICIOUS! Also, dangerous because of how quick you want to drink them.

    A friend of mine from Australia had never heard of cooking a marshmallow over an open flame. So, when (and if) she ever visits, we’re making all of these. She’s missing out on all the wonder!
