The Daily Eat: Coconut Tres Leches.

Tres leches is one of my very favorite desserts – I still remember the very first time I had at the Cadillac Bar in Dallas. I could have eaten plate upon plate overflowing with that milk-soaked cakey goodness. This coconut version offers up a spin on the original by using coconut milk as one of the three different milks in the leche mixture. Yum.

    1492 off walker and 13th-ish has a delicious tres leches offering, if you haven’t yet tried it. i recommend!

    The first time I had tres leches was in Houston. Texas knows how to do dessert! A coconut variety sounds DELICIOUS.

    muy bueno! i love tres leche’s cake. the coconut milk is definitely a twist. yum!
