The Daily Eat: Turkey Gyros.

No matter what part of the country you’re from or how you pronounce the word one thing is for sure – gyros are the bomb. (And yeah, I just said “the bomb” without even a hint of irony!) I’m really excited to try this turkey version. Don’t miss the included recipe for homemade pita bread!

    I just recently discovered your blog. I am really enjoying your posts. And I have to say that the Daily Eats have quickly become the most starred posts in my reader! I made the sangria last week (fantastic!) and can’t wait to try the homemade pita bread!

    Interesting twist but a gyros without lamb… seems almost a waste of pita… not. Delish as always and sometimes you want something light so great option.
