The Daily Eat: Coconut Cake with Ginger-Lime Curd Filling and Cream Cheese Icing.
Since my newfound love of coconut cake has reared its head I’ve been anxious to find different ways to experiment and possibly make it even better. This recipe for Coconut Cake with Ginger-Lime Curd and Cream Cheese Icing may have done that. And then some.
