August 25, 2008 at 5:52 pmThank yoU! My neighbor just gave me a grocery bag full of zuchini and squash and I was starting to wonder what I would do with it all! I have already made stuffed zuchini (with cheese and bread crumbs mixed with zuchini pulp) and it was a hit. But I still have lots more to use. This is a good alternative to latkes at Hanukkah too!
