The Daily Eat: Banana Pudding Ice Cream.
This week we’re going to dabble in a bit ‘o ice cream making. I’m not the biggest ice cream eater out there (shhh!), but even I would be hard-pressed to turn down any of these drool-worthy, creamy concoctions.
What’s your favorite flavor out there? With so many to choose from I still tend to head for old favorites like mint chocolate chip.
If ice cream were a warm, fuzzy blanket this recipe for Banana Pudding Ice Cream would be the knitting instructions. YUM.

September 2, 2008 at 4:47 pmOh how I wish I wasn't an ice cream lover! But love it I (over)do.
I JUST bought an ice cream maker & I'm almost tired of the coconut ice cream I've been making, so I am anxious to see what you bring us.

September 2, 2008 at 11:15 pmWow. That photo is almost cruel. I’ve been wanting ice cream all day (that’s what a broken AC in florida will do to you) but mmmm now I’m not sure I can resist!

September 3, 2008 at 5:54 pmYumm. You might also like roasted banana ice cream garnished with toasted peanuts. My faves are green tea, and ginger ice cream. I also love grapefruit champagne sorbet. (There's a recipe on epicurious, but I just heat 2 c. fresh-squeezed grapefruit jc with 1/2 c sugar to dissolve it, cool, add 1/2 c champagne, & freeze in the ice cream maker.)
