The Daily Eat: Sweet Potato and Cranberry Hash.
In this recipe the sweet potatoes are underbaked to keep slightly firm, then are diced and combined with green onions, cranberries and a touch of spice to make a sweet yet savory Sweet Potato and Cranberry Hash. Almost like a cold weather version of potato salad!
