The Daily Eat: Scrambled Eggs with Ramps and Asparagus.


I love this idea for a kicked up version of your typical scrambled eggs – add ramps and asparagus! I’ve never cooked with ramps before, but this looks like a nice introduction dish.

    I saw this one too and was totally intrigued. Then I thought of the puzzled look on the face of the produce man in the grocery store when I ask “where are the ramps?”.
