The Daily Eat: Brown Sugar Plum Cakes.

Here around the blog we’re going to start easing into fall with what I consider to be some more autumn-like dishes and ingredients. First up: Plum Week.

These Brown Sugar Plum Cakes look really, really easy to make and I’m betting the recipients would be ever so grateful and indebted to you. Who doesn’t love that?

    I love plums! Did you see the thing in the NYTimes about substituting plum slices for tomato slices in a BLT. So I guess that would make it a BLP. Sounds amazing, right?

    i didn't see that! i'm definitely going to have to try it. i just had a BLT the other day and forgot how amazing they are – a PLT sounds delish!
