The Daily Eat: Rustic Eggplant Grilled Pizza.

My grill is crappy. It’s of the camping variety, those that sit low and are small. I’ve been wanting to try grilling pizza all summer, but have lacked the patience. But now that things are cooling down and football season is kicking up, I think that this Rustic Eggplant Grilled Pizza just might be whispering sweet nothings in my ear.
