Win It: Aster + Sage.
The work of Linda Yesline of Aster + Sage pairs quality recycled materials with simple, clean lines to create these great fabric bags. I’m a big fan of her work, so I’m pumped to announce that this week’s giveaway is sponsored by Aster + Sage! Linda is giving away not one, but two bags to one lucky reader β one to keep and one to share with someone special.
To Enter, Tell Me:
1. Who would you give the second bag to?
2. Your email address to be notified should you win (those who do not will be disqualified)
3. And do it all before Monday, November 2 at 9am CST. This giveaway is only for those who live in the continental US.
Best of luck!

1. I would give the second bag to my "bestie" Elizabeth who is a conservation/social policy specialist. This week she takes the GRE as the first step in going back to school for her PhD and I know she'd appreciate such a beautiful bag as a reward for her hard work.

October 26, 2009 at 9:18 pmThese are so bold and beautiful. I love the colors she chooses.
But hm… I would probably keep the baby one, and I would give the other to my youngest sister who is in 7th grade. Middle school is a tough time… I think the bold colors are just hip enough to make her happy.

October 26, 2009 at 10:16 pmI would give the second bag to my best friend, Em. She has had the most horrible year ever (with a death in her family and her own diagnosis of breast cancer) and is slowly trying to get better and think positive. Em lives in France and is coming home to Canada for Christmas (I can't wait to see her!) I'd love to send her this bright little bag to pack all her makeup/toiletries in for the journey home. A dash of colour and a bit of fun could be just what the doctor ordered!

October 27, 2009 at 12:00 amI have so many bags, I would probably give both away to be honest, although the yellow one is so pretty. At the very least, I would give one of them to my new niece (new by marriage, not birth) who has slowly been developing an appropriate (read: high) love for bags of wonderful design!

October 27, 2009 at 6:21 pmI would give the second bag to my friend Connie, who is from London. We're in school together and while she's here, there's nothing she likes better than going to Target. It's her most favorite store, and the bag almost looks like the logo! That way, she can take a bit of the States (and me!) home with her when we graduate.
Thanks!

October 27, 2009 at 10:08 pmWhat a cute giveaway! Thanks for introducing us to this shop, I'm definitely into this π
I'm excited that the winner gets two bags instead of one because I would gift the second bag to my friend Piper in Seattle. We are on different coasts now and hardly see her but when we meet or call each other, it feels like we are still those girls from high school chatting about anything, except a little more grown up. I miss her and the bag would be a lovely surprise for her π

October 31, 2009 at 7:54 amhi! I would for sure give the other bag to my friend wendy. she is a single mom of two kids as of last week. i have been at her house everyday, and it seems like chaos. i am too a single mom, but since she is new to this world… i feel like this bag would help her feel a little "together"… plus she and i always buy each other bags when we see them.
i love this.

I would give the other bag to my best friend in Houston, who I hardly get to see. We use to buy matching things when we were younger (we wanted to be twins, hah!) and this would be a nice wink to that.
