Autumnal Libations
The arrival of fall makes me want to drink in a completely different way than summer, it’s a fact. Summer’s cocktails are all about patios and feeling refreshed and bathing suits. Fall’s cocktails are more along the lines of comfort, relief, and battening down the hatches for winter’s arrival. Here are a few that should help ease you into shorter days and longer nights. October 5, 2011 at 12:50 pmThanks for including our pear vanilla cocktail. I think this is one of the best looking lists of fall cocktails I’ve seen this year! We’ve got a bottle of Canton Ginger so I’ve got my eye on the “Autumn Spice”…

October 5, 2011 at 6:32 pmI’ve been feeling the same way — drawn towards bourbons and spices instead of fruit and bubbles. I came across this great website last week if you’re looking for more inspiration — it’s a neat post idea: http://www.monkeyinla.com/search/label/Swell%20Sip
Enjoy your cocktails!

November 11, 2011 at 7:14 pmI love your autumnal libations and am appreciative of your featuring the smoretini…but we have been really enjoyed this Bourbon, apple cider and ginger ale cocktail this fall even more. Sure is easier to make and goes down easy too!
