I’m really bad at 4 and 31! It’s hard when you work in front of the computer all day all day to realize you need to get away from it, and my workspace has always been messy…I like it that way š I’m really good at 1, 2 and 20.
My favorites are hang around with creative people and break the rules, but I also do regular practice, writing practice and painting practice mostly these days. Writing practice is a kind of free writing developed by Natalie Goldberg, but it’s bigger than free writing because it has years of zen practice behind it.
