Happy Weekend.
We’ve had such beautiful weather the past few days, it’s been amazing outside. I wish this were my bike – I’d spend tomorrow afternoon riding around the lake. Only after lowering the seat about six inches of course!
I guess St. Patrick’s Day celebrations will have to do instead! I think I can manage…

March 14, 2008 at 11:56 pmI have a very similar bike, a green vintage Schwinn, and it makes my day to be able to ride it. I recommend everyone buy a vintage cruiser bike, floppy sun hat, and ride it everyday the sun shines!
Happy St. Patrick’s day!

March 16, 2008 at 12:42 amI had a bike just like this & it was stolen! Hmmmm…..??? Luckily my tears worked & my sweet, sweet, hubby bought me a refurb’d pink one with the C-U-T-E-S-T basket!
Ride it every day!
Really love your blog. I’m in Albuquerque so it’s nice to see the southwest(ish) represented. (Is OK part of the southwest?)Well, somewhere besides Canada, LA, & the East coast

March 18, 2008 at 5:58 pmI had this exact bike! My husband got it at the Goodwill and shined it up for me, the same green and all. It was recently replaced with a new turquoise cruiser, but the pretty photo brought back the memories.
