These seed packets from This Neck of the Woods are so cheerful and well organized! I love the colors and the corresponding patterns screen-printed onto each packet, representing what kind of seeds are inside. {via Paper Crave}
+ At some point in the past year I’ve become terrible about sending out birthday cards, I’m betting this perpetual birthday calendar download would be a fast remedy.
