Posted In calendars, win itThe Lillian Asterfield Collection by Nicole Deponte is made entirely from upcycled materials. And I have no doubt the pieces look better in their reincarnation than their previous life. Her necktie ascots are awesome paired with a simple white tee. {via Scoutie Girl}
The ingredients list for Spiced Apple Cider Soup with Sweet Potato Dumplings, Quince and Dates is a little intimidating, but I’m intrigued by this dessert soup none the less. (And I’m giving The Martha an A+ on plating for this one, that bowl is divine!)
Posted In recipesI love the seemingly obvious, yet absolutely brilliant twist in this design. The perfect piece to hang inside my entry way. I’ll take one Reflect Mirror, the black please!
Posted In grand design, house and home, wallsThe reflect mirror with its 90° angle can be used as a tray to place your keys, sun glasses, jewelries, coins etc so that you won’t forget to take them with you after checking yourself out in the mirror. For men, the angled portion of the mirror allows you to see below your chin when shaving, which can come in handy as well. Also, with a total of 8 holes on the rear of each mirror, reflect mirror can be placed almost anywhere on the wall, including corners.
Giddy over the delicate mixed-media work of artist Lena Wolff. You can pick up a set of postcards featuring her work right here. {via my love for you is a stampede of horses}

Posted In picture itHorse show ribbons have been popping up everywhere this fall and I’m completely smitten with the trend. I love this DIY project for prize ribbon place cards from Brittni of papernstitch over on 100 Layer Cake. Imagine all the possibilities – I’m thinking of a few myself.
