Wilhem Staehle.
I’ve seen the work of Wilhelm Staehle and his Silhouette Masterpiece Theatre floating around for some time now and am crazy for it. So quirky, so funny.

They’re amazingly rich, both conceptually and visually.
He has an effortless way of re-contextualizing our post-modern worldview over the lush, romantic visual language of the Victorian age.
The result is very edgy and amusing at the same time.
