I’m so ready for fall, it’s my very favorite season. This is the time of year that I miss Pennsylvania the most. The colorful leaves, the crispness in the air, breaking out cozy sweaters and jackets. Everything that’s doesn’t really happen here in Oklahoma. Or if it does, lasts for only a week or two. What activity are you most looking forward now that fall is here?

September 22, 2009 at 8:47 pmHappy Autumnal Equinox! I am looking forward to seasonal temps, colorful leaves (though we nary have any trees in the city that change color), Halloween, and preparing for Thanksgiving

September 23, 2009 at 4:24 amApple picking, pumpkin picking, camping out in cooler weather (sans le bugs), and clearer, crisper skies at night…that is, as much as we can get being not 20 mins from NYC. NOT looking forward to all the Halloween decorations the crazy dentist hangs accross from where we live. Creeeeeepy. =)

September 23, 2009 at 11:58 amI wish Fall was here already. Where I live, it has refused to make its appearance – a few signs here and there, like the dogwoods are turning red, but it is still warm and humid… It makes me feel like I'm in limbo.
Thanks for sharing these images with us – I will continue to look at these and the dogwood in my backyard from my air-conditioned house, and pretend that my favorite season is in full swing, even though it's not…
I look forward to woolly sweaters and frosty puffs of breath, and that first piercingly blue sky….and all the yellows, reds and ochers, making swooshing sounds as I walk around my neighborhood.
