Q&A A Day
After a tumultuous ending to 2010 I decided it was time to start a journal, the first I’ve had since college. It’s become my place to decompress on days when I need it, which is really only once or twice a week. I’m smitten with this one, Q&A A Day. It lets you keep track of all the usual thoughts and feelings over a five year span of time and is filled to the brim with thought provoking questions. How happy are you? What can you smell right now? Some ordinary, some fun and quirky. All held together under the covers of a beautifully designed journal.

January 27, 2011 at 9:05 amI love this! I think a lot of us don’t think about asking ourselves these questions often enough. It really forces you to be more aware of yourself and the world around you, making you more sensitive to changes, whether they’re positive or negative. Or it could just be fun to answer them each day 🙂

January 27, 2011 at 9:06 amI’m a sucker for a well-designed journal. If you like the Q&A A Day, you’d probably like One Line A Day too! Same principle, just a small space for daily thoughts over a 5-year period.

January 27, 2011 at 9:08 amI also started keeping a daily journal this year. But I had to buy this one too.
Tip: I bought it via Amazon, where it’s selling for $11.55.

January 27, 2011 at 9:13 amI received this as a gift from a co-worker. She could not have found a better gift for me! I’m addicted and look forward to every night before bed when I answer the question of the day. I refuse to look forward as it leaves me with a feeling of uneasy mortality looming. Like I’m peering into the future I shouldn’t be.
Either way, love this book!

January 27, 2011 at 9:24 amWhat a great idea. These are the things you really want to know later on. Some of us (me) just can’t stay constant with keeping a journal. Thanks for posting this. I am going to buy a bunch for people…
