The Daily Eat: Crispy Fish Tacos.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
Here in Oklahoma there’s a Tex-Mex restaurant around every other corner. Which is absolutely fine by me! One of my fallback favorites is fish tacos, which is actually more of a SoCal dish. I’ve never attempted to fry up my own, but these look delicious.

    I LOVE fish tacos, you should try to make them so easy. I made them with a tilipia fish stick recipe from Martha and they were baked not fried, super easy and a little easier on the waistline.

    Or you can always fry in olive oil. Plus, it tastes better 😀
