Baked Cheese Zucchini Crisps (aka Zucchini Fries). For those of us who are, um, watching our waistlines (and hoping they’re shrinking instead of expanding).

August 29, 2008 at 7:00 pmKelly, I made these today and they were wonderful. I used crushed croutons since I didn’t have any cornflakes, and I think tat helps to keep them crunchy. Great to serve your guests right out of the oven as they walk in the door.
This one’s a keeper!
