The Daily Eat: Capellini Caprese.

I really do enjoy cooking and baking, but most weeknights after work I really just want something easy. Which is one reason I look forward to getting my quarterly issue of Kraft Foods magazine. It’s always busting at the seams with really good, fast recipes that are also healthy. This one for Capellini Caprese is in the latest issue and I can’t wait to try it out. YUM!

    I love love love getting the Kraft Foods mag too!
    I found one of my favorite holiday staples in there – Creamed Corn 🙂 MMMM!

    PS: I finally got around to making this last weekend and it was sooo tasty. the leftovers were phenomenal, too – hot or cold!
