On the Rocks: The Hooville Martini.

I looove Yoohoo! It brings memories of hanging out with my mom and aunt when I was just a munchkin flooding back. For an adult twist on the kid-friendly beverage, try out The Hooville Martini!

Ingredients:
– 1 3/4 ounce vodka
– 3/4 ounce amaretto
– 1 1/2 ounce Yoo-Hoo
– Garnish: Chocolate shavings
– Hot cocoa mix, for rim

1.Combine vodka, amaretto and Yoo-hoo in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocoa-rimmed martini glass.
3. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

I cannot tell you how much I’ve been made fun of for my LOVE of Yoohoo. I recognize it’s like drinking Windex, but seriously, the stuff is delicious. This is now my new favorite cocktail! 🙂

There is a bar here in Dallas called DoubleWide. They have this mixed drink called the YooHoo YeeHaw that is described as “A white Russian meets white trash.” It contains Kahlua, vodka and Yoo-Hoo. Very dangerous!
