Happy Weekend.
The weather here in OKC has been nothing short of a-maz-ing the past few days and I can hardly wait to get outside and take full advantage of it!
This Weekend:
• car shopping – Anyone head over heels for their car? What make/model is it?
• pick up B’s birthday present
• work on super-secret side project
• buy a new kitchen sink faucet
• hang starburst mirror in master bedroom
• buy wood glue

March 7, 2009 at 12:54 amI have a Volkswagon bug, ’02. This year, I’ve had to do some significant repairs this year, but not a single other repair up till this year, and I got it new. Pretty good mileage, especially on the freeway, heated seats, and freakin adorable!

March 7, 2009 at 7:07 pmbrand new saturn vue. it’s amazing. i’m in love. it’s my first ever new car, so it’s exciting. plus the salesmen at the saturn dealership were super nice and friendly. my husband and i were looking into a ford escape hybrid (it test drove wonderfully), but the people there were total douche bags. couldn’t handle ’em at all. my best advice is go with whatever car strikes your fancy, but if you get any kind of bad vibes from the salespeople, just walk out. seriously. pick up and walk away, because they will keep you there! like a twisted calypso’s island!
