On the Rocks: Adjustable Rate.
Let’s all wash down Tax Day with the best tasting Adjustable Rate you’ll ever experience!
Ingredients:
– 1 part Hornitos blanco tequila
– 1 part Cruzan blackberry rum
– 1/2 part DeKuyper Tropical Pineapple Coconut
– 5 parts fresh pineapple juice
– splash of orange juice
Garnish: pineapple
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
