The Daily Eat: Tzadziki.

Tzadziki is a Greek dish that wears many hats as a dip, appetizer and salad. Which is a very good thing because it’s easy to make and perfect for hot summer days. Try serving it up with some pita bread and feta for an easy summer meal. (Pssst… it’s pretty low in calories, too!)

OK, just so we’re clear, I might fly cross-country just to have you cook for me! I keep thinking about your Mother’s Day spread. You are a talented chef, missy!

My father's Greek & tzadziki is one of my family's favorite treats from overseas. It is really easy to make & is sooo yummy – I definitely recommend giving it a try.
