The Daily Eat: Apricot Phyllo Napoleons.


After a few weeks of savory it’s time to sweeten things up around here! Enjoy Apricot Week.

A new twist on one of my favorite standbys: Apricot Phyllo Napoleons. I never would have thought to combine the fruit and the dessert before. That’s why I have other, more creative, food resources!

    That photo has got me drooling like crazy, I’m off to check out this recipe right away! I love apricots, just made a bath of fruit and nut granola with them 🙂
