On the Rocks: Smoky Pear Margarita.


Tequila is almost always my weapon of choice, but I’ve never tasted any that’s infused with another flavor. Interesting. One more reason to try this Smoky Pear Margarita, wouldn’t you say?

Smoky Pear Margarita
– 1 1/2 oz pear infused silver tequila
– dash tobala Mescal
– 1/2 oz fresh sour
– 1/2 oz lime
– 1/2 oz triple sec

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice.

    So many new cocktails I'm being introduced to! It is getting more and more difficult to choose one for the cocktail just before hors d'oeuvres at Thanksgiving this year, but this one is definitely in contention! Thank you!
