On the Rocks: Chinatown Express.

A beefed up version of the classic Greyhound, aptly named the Chinatown Express.

Chinatown Express
– 1 1/2 oz vodka
– 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
– 1/4 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
– 1/4 oz Li Hing syrup
– 2 dashes Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters

Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!

    Ummmm, yes please!! If only my managers realized how much more creative I'd be with one of these cocktails in hand. Sigh.
