Win It: OKCityCard.
This week we’re trying a little something different on the Win It front – a locals only giveaway for Oklahoma City. When Allied Arts contacted me about their OKCityCard I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to spread the word about this incredible little piece of plastic.
This year they’ve team up with 181 discount partners to save you tons around OKC. We’re talking about 16 Attractions + Events, 26 Performing Arts, 58 Shops + Services, 48 Restaurants, 11 Museums, 7 Galleries, 5 Sports, 7 Classes and 3 Hotels. Total madness and all for $50 that go towards supporting the arts. That is unless you’re a Design Crush reader in the OKC area because then, well, you have a chance at winning one of two OKCityCards for free. I love free.
To Enter, Tell Me:
1. Your favorite things to do in OKC on your days off
2. Your email address
3. Do it all before Monday, April 19th at 9am CST
The Fine Print: A reminder that this giveaway is for those of you living in Oklahoma City only. Please leave only one comment. Those who do not leave a valid email address will be disqualified. Winners will be selected randomly and contacted Monday, April 19th.

April 12, 2010 at 5:14 pmWow – where to begin on fave things? When it's nice outside, I like going up to TLC to check out the flowers and get inspired on new landscaping ideas. I'm also a big fan of riding my bike around some of the nicer neighborhoods like Nichols Hills.

April 12, 2010 at 5:20 pmOn a day off I love taking a walk to Edgemere Park and then heading over to Sauced for pizza and beers. Or, we will drive through the old neighborhoods choosing houses we would like to fix up. I have a favorite that I will do my best to snap up if it ever goes on the market.
This is a great giveaway. Thanks!

April 12, 2010 at 9:53 pmOn my day off I love going to OKCMOA and then shooting pics of downtown with my six year old. He is so interested in the arts and so we try to inspire his creativity by plugging our family into the arts. Just yesterday we shot pics as a family with a band of local photographers… SO much fun!
This would be a PERFECT way to our little family develop a great little creative.

April 13, 2010 at 5:24 pmI am doing this for my mother who is sitting right next to me…
She states that her favorite thing to do in Okc is…
"I love going to Zumba at the YMCA or perhaps a 10 mile bike ride around Lake Hefner, followed by a bite to eat at Mama Roja's, Johnnie's or Hideaway!"
Thanks for the cool giveaway!!!!

April 17, 2010 at 2:37 amMy favorite thing to do in OKC, by far, is attend the deadCENTER Film Festival. As a member of the completely amazing film community in this great city, it's always awesome to support local filmmakers and some not-so-local filmmakers!
