ALPHA60.
Highs are in the 90s today, but I’m writing about scarves. Because I’m crazy. These pleated wool and gloss scarves from ALPHA60 are gorgeous, a main accessory all unto their own.

Posted In accessories, wear itI wore a watch religiously starting in junior high and continuing throughout college. And then when I hit the workforce ground running I stopped. The world of keyboard trays has really managed to cramp my watch-wearing style with all of its banging, clanking and pinching. I’m hoping to get back in the saddle sometime soon, perhaps with Orient’s CEV09002B or CFM00001B. In the meantime, the ladies out there have the chance to win this pink-faced BNQ1P001M.

Bario-Neal Jewelry is a new to me shop, who uses reclaimed precious metals; ethically-sourced stones; and low-impact, environmentally conscious practices in crafting their gorgeous pieces. I love the raw feeling each one evokes, sort of like it was dug straight out of the earth. PS: Isn’t their packaging ridiculously amazing?!
Posted In jewelry, wear itLoving the equine goods look of fleabags, specifically The Original Flea. The organic cotton/hemp canvas looks super durable and the leather handles are designed to gain a natural patina with wear and tear over time. It’s also fully lined and has four nickel feet to protect the leather. And that midnight black silkscreen? Dying. {via Shiny Squirrel}

Darlingtonia Moccasin Company specializes in the manufacturing of specialized moccasins by hand. My favorite style is the Plain Jane, which I’m hoping to buy for fall and then wear the hell out of. {via paper n stitch}
Posted In shoes, wear itIn the past day I’ve fallen in love with these Brass Screw Earrings, coming back again and again to ogle their brassy goodness. I’m guessing it’s most likely a sign that I need them in my life.
Posted In jewelry, wear itShould the day ever roll around where I decide to tie the knot, I’m thinking this is the route I’d like my fiance to take with the engagement ring. The other option is buying one myself and wearing it on a Tuesday, which I’m also A-OK with. {via Dilly Dallas}
Posted In jewelry, wear itWhile researching an upcoming project I tripped across Yorktown Road and promptly wondered where this shop had been all my life. Owner Carol Gilbert creates her freeform pieces by letting the fabrics guide her, with no working guidelines involved. The colored linens she uses are so deeply saturated that it’s hard to pick a favorite color or piece, so I’ll just take one of each.
