Snail mail is underrated and it seems like Paperwink is doing everything in their power to make it awesome once more. From cards to stationary to invitations and beyond they have us covered. But what’s really catching my eye are their incredibly well designed address labels and address stamps. So many great designs to choose from that it’s almost stressing me out! There’s something to be said for a person when their hobby is of a higher caliber than some peoples’ careers. Yes, Scott Ballard, I’m looking in your direction.
Scott is the gocco/letterpress designer behind Etsy shop two guitars, although his first love is film (check out his work here) and he also dabbles in photography (here’s his Etsy shop for that).
That said, I don’t have all day to write about Mr. Ballard and his myriad of talents. So for now we’ll just focus on two guitars. But be sure and check out the full spectrum of his work when you get the chance!
I knew the day would come, I just wasn’t sure when. This week we have our first repeat offender on The Daily Eat – strawberries! They’re one of my very favorite summer foods and I have too many tasty recipes bookmarked not to share them with you. Besides, they’re in the prime of their season and we should all take advantage! Fresh Strawberry Bars that let a strawberry be a strawberry without taking away from or adding to its natural goodness. These bars are really easy and I think it would be a snap to switch out the top for different berries!
