I’ve been wanting to try a jam cake for awhile now, but I wasn’t truly motivated until I saw this mouthwatering Blackberry Jam Cake. YUM!

Happy Weekend.
Another one of those weeks where the days feel like they’re moving oh so slowly, yet the week itself flies. Sneaky little guys, those ones are. I hope you have lovely plans that include at least a little time for relaxing!

• plan landscaping while enjoying predicted rain

Ice Spoon Mold.
What an great idea for summertime beverages – Ice Spoon Molds! I love that they eliminate yet another utensil to clean. Of course they’d last about .5 seconds in this mad Oklahoma heat, but that’s besides the point.
