Moisés Hernández’s Immersed Birds

 

Mexican artist Moisés Hernández translates his love of minimalism to the colorful plumage of avian creatures in Immersed Birds. Each solid wood sculpture – a toucan, a hummingbird, and a Mexican quetzal chosen for their color range – features a well thought out palette of dipped watercolor with transparent overlapping.
