Light, airy desserts like this Fluffy Apple Mousse are my favorite kind. They justify large quantities and aren’t too terribly filling! And I love the unexpectedness of the use of apples in a mousse.

I’ve been eating a lot of soup and sandwich lunches lately (RE: every day for the past two weeks!) and am thinking this cute soup and sandwich tray duo would come in big-time handy. Bonus: I love my dinnerware to be stark white. I need this.
See these beautiful, serene photographs by Corey Holms? They’re made out of food dye, vegetable oil and water. All things you can find in your kitchen. I’m tempted to try my hand at something similar, but have a feeling it would only end in tears and a rainbow colored kitchen floor. So for now I’ll content myself with the fact that a few of Corey’s are for sale here.
