The Falksalt site is in Swedish a forgeign language (German perhaps?), so all I can really discern is how pretty the packaging is and that it’s most likely delicious. Both of which are quite enough for me.
Hello, Mr. Sunshine. It’s so good to see you after three weeks of rain and my yard flooding! There’s a little more to com this weekend, but I have big plans to take advantage of any dry time that does decides to show up.
This Weekend: • spend an obscene amount of money at Lowe’s (garage shelving, touch-up paint, etc.) • hunt down some reasonably-priced patio furniture • dig up flower bed near front door • bake a coconut cake for my mom’s birthday • watch the Preakness Stakes and maybe whip up a batch of these
Reminder: You have until Monday, May 18th at noon CST to enter the Linda & Harriett contest!
Have you seen the work of Merilee from mer mag? She’s amazingly talented and just opened her own etsy shop called tuesday mourning. She creates the sweetest line portraits!
Tzadziki is a Greek dish that wears many hats as a dip, appetizer and salad. Which is a very good thing because it’s easy to make and perfect for hot summer days. Try serving it up with some pita bread and feta for an easy summer meal. (Pssst… it’s pretty low in calories, too!)
