The Daily Eat: Bruleed Oatmeal with Baked Glazed Apples.
When I chose this as Oatmeal Week I had no idea how perfect the timing would be. We’re getting freezing rain and sleet today and tomorrow and there’s nothing quite so comforting as some oatmeal goodness during nasty times like these!
This recipe for Bruleed Oatmeal with Baked Glazed Apples is screaming my name. A bit decadent with it’s hidden layer of brown sugar, but I’m betting worth every calorie!

Gray Stitch Pillows.
Piece by piece my house is starting to take shape. Yesterday it was in the form of purchasing a few of these cute – and super soft! – grey stitch pillows for my bed. I love that they have a removable cover for clumsy people like me who are prone to spillage!

Lampel.
I love Lampel. It’s a pendant light fixture that allows you to fill the upper portion with whatever your heart desires. I’m partial to the plant, but love how you can change things out to really make it your own. And with the clear glass “shade” it’s versatile enough to go with lots of decor styles!

Figure Eight Stitched Collar.
Art Fire’s figure eight stitched leather pet collars are so great that I really, really wish they made a smaller version that I could wear as a bracelet. There, I said it.
