Paper & Clay

Brit McDaniel credits Scandinavian design, good coffee, and her pup as the inspiration behind Paper & Clay‘s lovely designs. (I’d say that’s a combination for success.) The Memphis-based shop creates small batches of handmade ceramics with the best color palettes that I’d proudly display whether in use or not.

Chisel & Mouse

Chisel & Mouse, besides being a fantastic name, is the place where brothers Robert and Gavin Paisley bring their passion for beautiful buildings to life. Each sculpture is made from plaster and etched metal details through a combination of traditional sculpting, moulding and casting with CAD, and 3D printing. The end result is nothing short of art.

Scribble Rugs

Who ever said that amazing home decor has to be so freakin’ serious? Front and Moooi Carpets teamed up to create just the opposite – a series of rug that look like a colored pencil frenzy gone right. Each scribble rug is irregularly shaped and available in a variety of color ways. (Of course they’d also be a lot of fun in a kid’s room!)

Drink Rocks Set

This Drink Rocks Set is doing it for me. Reason 1 is that drink rocks are amazing for not watering down whatever libation you’re sipping on, reason 2 is that the varied shapes and colors act as an identifier if more than one person is drinking the same thing out of a similar glass.
