Goat cheese is one of those foods that I didn’t like until I reached adulthood. In fact, I was sort of horrified by it until eating some accidentally in a salad. You see, as much as I love cooking and baking and all that jazz, I freak out easily over anything unfamiliar. Yup, I’m that girl.
