New Year’s Eve is one of those holidays that’s really easy to hype up and then be massively disappointed by. A few months ago I discovered the virtues of homemade granola. I feel like one of you should have told me about it sooner! You can eat it in so many ways – as cereal, mixed in yogurt, on ice cream – and make so many variations on a basic recipe.
