The Hat Shop

I’ve always loved a good hat, especially a cloche. Maybe because I find them most flattering on myself. (Or maybe they remind me of one of my favorites, The Great Gatsby.) I wish I wore them more, then I could justify snatching up that woven one for the dog days of summer. The Hat Shop has a beautiful selection, including a few top-notch fascinators. Musical Glasses

Musical glasses are meant to be played. The graphics are musical notations marking to the level of liquid in the glass that will produce the correct note when the users finger runs around the rim of the glass. Perfect for a dinner party or solo entertainment. (via bltd)

Branching Out… to Curbly

As of this morning you can find me at one of my new contributor gigs over on Curbly! If you’re not familiar with the site, you really should be. It’s bursting at the seams with rad how-to projects, room inspiration, furniture, and so much more. Not to mention the great writers and community they’ve built up – top notch in my book! I hope you’ll stop by and see what I’m sharing from time to time.
