I want this print horribly, horribly badly. I’ve had it bookmarked for a few weeks and every time I come across it again it brings a huge smile to my face!

I looove Yoohoo! It brings memories of hanging out with my mom and aunt when I was just a munchkin flooding back. For an adult twist on the kid-friendly beverage, try out The Hooville Martini!
Ingredients:
– 1 3/4 ounce vodka
– 3/4 ounce amaretto
– 1 1/2 ounce Yoo-Hoo
– Garnish: Chocolate shavings
– Hot cocoa mix, for rim
1.Combine vodka, amaretto and Yoo-hoo in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocoa-rimmed martini glass.
3. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Simple can be so, so good. Like this soft goat’s cheese sandwich with red peppers and balsamic vinegar (which i’m a BIG fan of).

Posted In cocktails, entertaining, holidays, recipes, round upI’m mad about this illustration from Anna Melcon Bond! It’s only on her flickr stream right now, but hopefully *crosses fingers and makes a squinty face because she’s wishing so hard* it will make the transition to print at some point…

I’m drooling over these Phyllo-Wrapped Goat Cheese appetizers. You can’t go wrong bringing together soft and crispy and I think these would be scrumptious served with jam or chutney!
