The Daily Eat: Peanut Butter Tart.
While devouring a piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter icing last night in honor of my stepdad’s 62nd year, I decided that this must be Peanut Butter Week.
First up is this grown-up version of peanut butter cup – Peanut Butter Tart. Not nearly as heavy, but equally as satisfying!

Urban Pet Bowl.
Roxy and Peanut chow down at a set of stainless steel bowls. In the course of our year together (9 for Roxy and 8 for the Nut) I’ve made my way through several styles of pet dishes. Starting with your generic plastic, cycling through a set of glass ones from Crate & Barrel and ending up where we now stand. I’ve been happy with the clean, sleek look of the stainless but am loving this Urban Pet Bowl. It may be time for yet another change…

Happy Weekend.
The weather here in OKC has been nothing short of a-maz-ing the past few days and I can hardly wait to get outside and take full advantage of it!
This Weekend:
• car shopping – Anyone head over heels for their car? What make/model is it?
• pick up B’s birthday present
• work on super-secret side project
• buy a new kitchen sink faucet
• hang starburst mirror in master bedroom
• buy wood glue

Black Slab Chair.
