Light ‘n Go Bonfire Log

This little Light ‘n Go Bonfire Log is brilliant on so, so many levels. Here are five to start you off.

1. You can burn the birch stump indoors or out, no fireplace or pit needed because it’s completely self-contained!
2. Totally affordable (for real).
3. It comes in two sizes that burn up to two hours.
4. It looks good while doing it.
5. Great for lazy people like me who have forgotten to make a firepit in their backyard for the four years they’ve own their home.

Humanae

As PANTONE continues its plot for world domination (hoorah!), Angelica Dass is in the midst of an on-going chromatic cataloguing project of human skin tones – Humanae. Dass bases each background Pantone swatch on an 11×11 pixel swatch of the model’s face, you can check out the complete catalogue in its most up to date state on her site.

Nick Meek

Definitely crushing on the super blown out photography of Nick Meek. It looks bright and hot, just like summer (especially this one!).

An Ode to Summer

An Ode to Summer from Kinfolk on Vimeo.

Those kids over at Kinfolk are something. After yesterday’s holiday I’m not quite ready to go back to the grind (even if it IS only two days!). An Ode to Summer is the perfect combination of carefree, yearning, and hipster. Maybe it will help ease you back into the week as well.

White Noise

Artist Alyson Fox always hits it out of the park, and I meant every time. Jewelry, illustration, and beyond. White Noise is a new dinnerware collection in partnership with Ink Dish featuring a subtle geometric design that’s simultaneously modern and retro. (You’ll be able to find it after launching next month at NYIGF at booth 4221!)
