Maurizio Anzeri.

Maurizio Anzeri collects vintage photos, then when the time is right sews directly on them. Over their faces, to be more precise. His delicately embroidered patterns make an act that could be seen as precious or garish completely breathtaking. You can check out the entire exhibit at the Saatchi Gallery, who always hosts the most amazing artists.

Ghost Camera.

Since painting half of house light gray (Valspar’s Secret Passage, love the color hated the coverage!), I’ve been congregating a lot of my white and clear glass pieces on my mantle. This little beauty would be right home perched up there with them.

The Threadless Book.

Threadless turns ten this year and is celebrating with the release of their very first book. Read up on how Jake Nickell’s accidental company was born, explore a collection of killer graphics, and see profiles of individual designers who’ve played a part in the four-million tees that have been printed and sold since that fateful day in 2000. Then put it on your coffee table and watch your friends ask where they can get their own.

Dress the Part.

A little something stylish for the boys, check out the Dress the Part. A series of ten posters inspired by men’s style and illustrated by James Alexander Mathers and Andrew Lau. Each poster highlights a classic menswear piece from the movies  American Psycho, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Dumb and Dumber, Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas, Shaun of the Dead, Superman, The Shining, The Usual Suspects, Top Gun, and Wall Street.

Tre Anita Glass Ring.

I’m in lust with this big, beautiful Tre Anita glass ring. The clear with the silver underlay is my favorite. And for each big, beautiful ring purchased they’ll plant a tree that’s sure to become big and beautiful. (I’m not sure how that’s connected to their product, but still very cool.)

Out of Print.

Out of Print’s shirts feature iconic, sometimes out of print book covers and are treated to feel soft and worn like a well-read book. They also do their part to acknowledge that many parts of the world don’t have access to books and are working to change that. For each shirt sold one book is donated to a community in need through Books For Africa.
