Pittsburgh Print.

Let’s be honest, there’s aren’t exactly a lot of homages to Pittsburgh out there. At least not gorgeous ones like this Pittsburgh print from JHill Designs. I would have paid full price (I snatched up the medium), but this bad boy is on sale for 20% off through the end of the day in honor of the Steelers beating the crap out of the Cardinals in the Super Bowl last Sunday! Yay. Now I’m homesick.

O de Oliva.

If you read the olive oil descriptions on the O de Oliva site it sounds like a selection of fine wines.

“It has a very smooth taste, with hints of almonds and green apples.”

“It is a fruity oil, smooth yet persistent, with a long-lasting aroma, both on the palette and in the memory.”

“Fruity taste of ripe olive with a light taste of apple, slightly bitter and spicy.”

And the bottles look like something you’d proudly display in your kitchen with their simple, lovely design.

Roundup: Valentines.

I waited. And then waited some more. And now that February is here I’ve officially jumped on the V-Day bandwagon.

Is it a Hallmark holiday? Yes.
Does it make singles feel crappy? Yes.
Is there tons of cute stuff everywhere? Yes.

This year that last one won out. Take a look at all the pretties out there!

Walking to Jericho.

I’m loving Walking to Jericho’s Etsy shop! Photographer Fiona has a knack for combining black and white photos with a smidge of hand-coloring. You can purchase sizes anywhere between 5 x 5″ to 30 x 30″ and yes, special requests are available.

Lampel.

I love Lampel. It’s a pendant light fixture that allows you to fill the upper portion with whatever your heart desires. I’m partial to the plant, but love how you can change things out to really make it your own. And with the clear glass “shade” it’s versatile enough to go with lots of decor styles!

Ruthie Designs.

Sweet Kimberly of Ruthie Designs emailed to let me know about her newly opened Etsy shop. Her illustration gamut ranges from creepy-cool to stunningly beautiful and are available as eco-friendly prints and pillows. Even better (almost) is that they’re extremely affordable if you’re looking to add to your art collection!
