Mug Cakes 10 Ways

One evening this past winter I was craving something sweet but not too terrible for me when I fell down the rabbit hole that is mug cakes. Single-servings of cake that can be made with a few simple ingredients from your pantry and cooked in the microwave for a few minutes – instant gratification!

This year Easter is going to be exceptionally low-key in my family.
