Picture It: Autumn Leaves.
Oklahoma is usually brown and dying at this time of year, but thanks to a late summer full of rain there’s a hint of color in the changing leaves. Reminds me of growing up Pennsylvania in the best possible way.

This photo reminds me of my hometown in Pennsylvania. Tons of trees and brick-lined roads made for the most beautiful falls I’ve ever seen. My homesickness really starts to rear its head during this time of year! {But I bought my plan ticket home for the holidays yesterday!)

Picture It: Umbrellas.
Today the sun is peeking out from behind the clouds for the first time since last Friday. It’s been dreary and drizzly and perfectly overcast. I’m normally a champion for this exact weather, but feeling sick and contending with the lack of sunshine was really taking its toll on me! So I thought I’d pay my respects to today’s transition with some lovely umbrella photos.

Picture It.
This is totally how I feel with Piper lately. She’s been a part of the family for almost three months now and is definitely comfortable. Maybe a little too comfortable. Hopefully for the new year mama can afford some obedience school! {I love her to pieces.}
