I’m sort of what you might call geography obsessed. I’m a big fan of state capitals and mottos are closely related enough for me to covet this poster from Two Eyeballs – The Fifty States and Their Mottos. You can also elect to go state pride specific with either a tee or block mounted piece.
Believe it or not Valentine’s Day is only about a month away. I’m considering being my own valentine and snagging on of these Be Mine Bangles before it’s too late!

I love how ‘Back Alley French Boutique’ the packaging to Melissa Flagg Perfumes feels. Like I made a quick red-eye trip to Paris because I only had a few drops left. It doesn’t hurt that it smells as good as it looks either.
Jeremiah from Laughing Hyena emailed me over the weekend to share his Series 1: Caffeine tees. Besides the tees I’m digging the coffee bag packaging – a super nice touch!
He really tells it best: Laughing Hyena designs and produces creative tees for the independent thinker by deconstructing pop culture a single subject at a time. I’m loving modern, yet natural style of Melissa Joy Manning’s jewelry. By using gold, silver, semi-precious and precious stones and found objects, her line blends traditional and modern beautifully. I’m a strictly silver jewelry sort of girl, but I could definitely make an exception for some of Manning’s yellow gold pieces. Just a few of my favorites…
I’m wearing my first sweater of the season today which means hats, scarves and gloves can’t be that far behind. Which is good. Because I have what some might call a fascination (RE: obsession) with them. This pair of capped fingerless gloves is at the top of my list currently. Love the length!

I woke up to 35º weather this morning and cold weather means one very gross thing: dry skin. I could never seem to find a lotion that provided enough moisture. One day I randomly brought it up while getting a manicure and the technician mentioned mixing a few drops of massage oil in with your body lotion each day. Wow! It makes a huge difference and this bergamot massage oil from The Body Shop smells so terrific that I don’t even need to wear perfume.
Loving these wrist worms for so many reasons. Our office has been chilly lately, so they’d be perfect to wear/accessorize with for work. They come in tons of different colors and styles, too!
